Jaypee Residency Manor, Mussoorie

I had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, and the stunning weather combined with beautiful sunset views created a perfect retreat from city life. The service was exceptional, especially from Deepak and Vimal, who went above and beyond, particularly during my mother's birthday celebration. While the spa facilities were enjoyable, I'm marking the dining slightly lower due to some inconsistency. Overall, it offered great value for money and a much-needed peaceful getaway.

Jaypee Resort is an excellent choice for families visiting Mussoorie, offering beautiful valley views and a plethora of activities for children. The rooms in the Residency Tower are particularly impressive for their amenities and comfort, while the dining options vary between the two towers. However, the staff could benefit from additional training in the restaurants, as service can be slow at times, and navigating between the towers can be a hassle.
